Critical Combination Rules

  1. 1Calcium and Zinc/Magnesium must be 9+ hours apart. Calcium blocks their absorption completely. Calcium Magnesium Zinc at 12:30 PM. Magnesium Glycinate + Zincovit at 9:30 PM. Never swap.
  2. 2Always take Magnesium Glycinate + Zincovit 30 min before casein. Casein contains calcium which partially blocks zinc — the gap is mandatory.
  3. 3D3 must always be taken with a fatty meal — ghee on roti or peanut butter. Without fat, D3 is not absorbed. Never take D3 on empty stomach.
  4. 4Whey protein always in water — never in milk. Milk adds lactose and slows absorption. Your BUN was 7 — protein absorption efficiency matters.
  5. 5Ashwagandha must say KSM-66 on the label. Generic ashwagandha powder has no proven testosterone effect. The Carbamide Forte KSM-66 600mg is the correct product.
